I’ve been trying to contact Mcafee but conveniently no one answers for ages. I don’t have the time nor money to sit for an hour and wait until someone answers. I would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund and I was charged €99.95 for a renewal that I did not want.  
I’m hoping for a quick resolution of this problem so many people seem to have.

That gives me no help at all all I get is the same page where you either call or fill the form.  I select the non calling option and all i get is this.

Same here!!!! You are so "reachable" to get the service subscribed, and then, you give no way to contact you "quickly" than the annoying number phone, by the way, for my country it is a paid line service.

I just want an email or a chat service to get my cancellation done. Otherwise, I will block the charge in my bank account, and probably my bank will target your company in a way that I will not be able to get your service again.
