Refund request


I have tried to request a refund but there is no email address that you can email this request too. 

This is ridiculous that someone has to go thru all this just for a refund. I just downloaded the Safe Connect yesterday before I was informed that we already had coverage for up to 5 of our devices and we only have 3. Please confirm canx.
