Refund request needed today

We were charged for the second year in a row when we cancelled our subscription in 2020.  I never got my refund last year and was charged AGAIN TODAY.  We no longer own the device.  I have been on hold with customer service for 50 minutes and also tried to contact someone on the chat in facebook.  Ignored completely.  

 

Requesting our 2021 AND our 2022 refund for a service we have not used or needed since 2020 when we cancelled the FIRST TIME.
