Refund request in South Africa

I had purchased the LiveSafe product on Saterday,but would like to request a refund.


When i called the support number provided, I get told the following:

"This toll free service is reserved for corporate customers and partners"

The bor refers me back to the website for more customer service options(which are non existent), and the call ends.

I phoned multiple times, with no success


Please help!

Hello I am also in need of a refund. I was not aware my auto renewal was switched on. Need a refund urgently.

I have exhausted all options. It is impossible to get into contact with anyone when in South Africa. Have the same problems as the users above and in other topics on this forum relating to South Africans attempting to get refunds. Have tried all contact numbers. Nothing works.

Please help urgently.
