Hello, since I have no one to assist me in the same issue. Could you please help me resolve this unexpected issue? Believe me, I tried everything from phone to facebook. Nothing seems to work. I have charged specifically on 24 of July and I want a refund. From a mistake, I had left the auto-renewal open and this caused this awkward problem. Everything is settled beside the refund. Could you please short this out for me?

How do I get a refund in South Africa?

There was an auto renewal on my account, but I will no longer be using the product.

I've tried numerous different McAfee support number for South Africa, but none of the numbers are working.

 

The bot on the McAfee website is not smart enough to know what I want. Might has well not have a bot on your website, if the bot is a total idiot.

 

There is no other communication channels in the form of email or an online agent that can assist me.

 

I feel like McAfee has setup this process to be hard, so that people won't request the refund.

I need the refund as it's money I need right now!!!!

Hi, I have the same problem as all the other people from South Africa.

I want an immediate refund on my last 2 deductions. It is very clear that your system is set up in a way that once a person joins, you just can't cancell or remove the auto renewal.   

My communication started on 31 July 2021 in the McAfee facebook group, as i could not do it on the mcafee site.  They gave me a number that does not work and still doesn't.  I want an immediate response now and this matter finally settled.

Please give me a telephone number in South Africa or a link where this problem can be solved immediately.  I have facebook communication messages that I want to share with you, but will share it with the person solving the problem.  It would be very embarrassing for your company if I share it here publically.

I truly hope that you will reply urgently, as this needs to end today.
