Hello. My subscription got renewed unexpectedly. I tried contacting support for a refund but the number they gave me me 0117075566 does not go through. I can't even find an email address to write to. Please help me with this issue.

I have exactly the same problem as this user.
I cannot get through to the 011 707 5566 number. It disconnects before anyone answers.
I read in another group that one should uninstall the programme from your laptop and request a refund. I uninstalled and tried to request the refund, but everywhere on the site I just get redirected to the number above.
I have been trying to get to someone since 5 May in order to get the refund within 30 days.
Please help! I do not want to pay for a service I no longer have, only to hear later on that I did not cancel within 30 days.
