Refund for South African user

Hello I am also in need of a refund. I was not aware my auto renewal was switched on. Need a refund urgently.

I have exhausted all options. It is impossible to get into contact with anyone when in South Africa. Have the same problems as the users in other topics on this forum relating to South Africans attempting to get refunds. Have tried all contact numbers. Nothing works. Nothing.

Please help urgently.
