Refund after automatic renewal

Please message or email me so that I can process a cancelation/ refund of our auto renewal. We purchased and activated a new subscription and did not realize the previous purchase was on auto renewal.

I have been trying to get in touch with mcafee support re: refund...super frustrating!!! Was on hold at one point for an hour and no one ever picked up.

We haven't had our device in several years. Just auto-renewed again...need a refund! What is process? 

Would like to resolve ASAP!
