Refund after automatic renewal

Hello, I would like to ask for a refund on a unexpected renewal ( 100 USD)

I wasn’t aware it was going to happen and I didn’t receive any kind of message before it did. I don’t need the subscription anymore and it’s really expensive.

Phone support is busy all the time and no one answers.

Please provide an email address where this problem can be discussed and solved.
