The money has been taken from my account but I no longer wish to keep the product as I no longer have the laptop. The actual renewal date is in Feb so I haven't used any of it. I can't get hold of anyone to sort out a refund for me and really need the money. .could you please sort this out for me. Don't tell me to contact anyone on the website as I haven't had any luck with that. . Im in the uk
