I signed up but was charged the wrong amount (contrary to what was advertised and what reflected on the invoice online). I've tried the chat (they cant help in South Africa). Was referred to a contact number- it's only for corporates. Was provided with another number- it rings and cuts out every time. It's super frustarting and clearly see this is an issue for many other people in South Africa. How do I get refunded for the amount I was overcharged? Or how do I cancel my subscription and get refunded the full amount
