REQUEST REFUND

Hello I am writting here because my lap top came with mcafe subscription i never used it nor i needed it now after a year i was billed almost 80€ which is all of the money i had i have no money to buy food now i wasn't even notified it is gonna expire or anything please give me back my money i don't need antivirus stuff i need food pleasseeeeee

The phone numbers doesn't work im from Latvia and i tried to call it... it said the number you have dialed doesn't exist

hello,

i have checked phonenumber for support Ireland and received the number that the mcafee mod posted in answer.

namely;

+353 160 155 80(Ireland

did you add country code before the number  and tried during workingdays at office hours to call ?

there is no chat option unfortunate that came up i noticed.

i am a normal mcafee user like yourself and trying to help.

i have no more option unfortunate and will try to ask a mod for furter assistance.

can you assist this person since the person can not call foreign numbers and chat option is not available for Ireland.

I bought his subscription once. After that I never responded to renewals. Later received email saying my credit card expired. I NEVER GAVE THEM MY NEW CC NUMBER.  Never again downloaded or installed. Started at 34 dollars to 89 dollars being charged on my credit card without my permission.  Never Authorized the service.  They send you emails YOU CANNOT RESPOND TO. Called today and they admitted I did not have the service on my computer yet continued to charge me.  Will have to send a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission.  Very sad these companies have to defraud people.  I surely would like to know how thay got me new CC number.  Will have to also open a Fraud case with the bank.
