I recently tried to purchase mcafee total protection for 2 years and 5 device . Amount is deducted from my bank account but I got unsuccessful purchase error. Is it possible to get a refund?
When I contacted Mcafee they told me transaction is pending. When I contacted bank they want a proof for the same and Mcafee couldn't provide that. Anyone else faced similar issues? Can someone help me as I feel it is a ping pong between bank and Mcafee without any proper solution?
