Purchase Unsuccessful but amount deducted from back

I purchased a 2-year subscription for Mcafee total protection yesterday. The amount got deducted from my bank account, but it showed me that the payment was unsuccessful, and my subscription has not been renewed.

I tried contacting Mcafee but got no response. Can someone help me on what to do.
