I am at my wits end. I have logged three queries with the Mcafee support, both technical and accounts and all that I have recieved are automated responses. Where can I go next to resolve a license issue? My hard drive crashed and I can not uninstall one of my license instances to reinstall on a new PC which I bough due to the age of the chrashed one.

If I understand right, you need to deactivate one license so that it may be installed on the new PC. If so please follow the instructions here : http://service.mcafee.com/faqdocument.aspx?id=TS10099
Hi Dinesh. I am unable to uninstall the license due the the PC hard drive being faulty. I need for Mcafee to deactivate the one license so that I can install it on my new PC.
Ps. The link that you have sent tells me "The Document ID you entered was not recognized in our system."
