What is the Operating system you use?
Did you made any recent changes you made to the computer?
Steps
Option 1Windows 2000 and XP users
1.Right-click Start and select Explore.
2.Navigate to c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup.
3.Delete the file $McRebootA5E6DEAA56$.
Note: This filename varies, and the numbers could be slightly different.
4.Reinstall your applications.
Windows Vista users
1.Click Start, Search, type explorer.exe, and press ENTER.
2.Navigate to c:\Users\All Users\start menu\programs\startup.
3.Delete the file $McRebootA5E6DEAA56$.
Note: This filename varies, and the numbers could be slightly different.
4.Reinstall your applications.

First restart your computer. If you are still prompted to reboot, perform the steps below.
Windows 2000 / XP / Vista
1.Click the link below to download TS100430.bat.
http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/TS100430.bat to your Desktop.
2.Save the file to your desktop.
3.Double-click TS100430.bat. For Windows Vista, right-click TS100430.bat and select Run As Administrator.
4.Restart your computer.
