problem with the manage network

I recently had my computer as the network administrator and computer 2 being managed. Computer 1 got a virus and crashed real bad so I had to do a system restore. After that, I re installed mcafee security center from AOL and went to manage network. It says a network is there but I don't have admin rights to manage the network. I went on computer 2 and I'm getting the same error. Now neither computers can manage the network and I don't know how to make one of them able to. Please help. Also, it says on both computers the Neither are a member of the network or a managed member of the network.
