Website Blacklisted

My site www.leathermage.com has been blacklisted by mcafee for unknown reason. The SSL was expired for some time, only that could be one reason, i have updated the SSL and is now secured. I contacted host, they said i have some redirects in my files but i fail to identify exactly which ones. I also face an issue which might be related to this, my thumbnail on social media sites is not correct as i share my website link. Can anyone assist me over the issue so that i can clean up this mess. Thanks
