Verify Subscription

I have a "Not Protected" status and the warning is "Your subscription to McAfee backup and restore must be verified"  When I click on the link I get an information window that indicates that the "subscription verified" but the warning never clears.

Hi JohnRB,

Please provide the following information ;

Do you have any other security software installed in  the computer ?
Did we make any recent changes to the computer ?
Run Mcafee Virtual technician from the following link
http://mvt.mcafee.com and post me with the session id
