Unable to activate OEM McAfee

I am unable to activate the McAfee Internet Security Suite that came installed with the notebook.

I have tried going to the command prompt (regserver) option and it did not work.

I have no sysprep folder.

Please advise. TIA!

Thanks Peacekeeper! Will McAfee Support, err support, trial versions that came with the notebook though?

Re: Unable to activate OEM McAfee

If the trial period still applicable ie not expired yes they should assist you. Maybe the PC maker has support for mcafee ie Dell has its own area within Mcafee to support Dell installations. CS will help I am sure if not I am here to chase up further
