Congratulations to the McAfee Tech Support staff.the ubiquitous "unwanted McAfee video popup screen" is now entering it's fourth month of entertaining subscribers.  This is longer than some Broadway plays.

The same Message/Alert appears

I'm having this same issue. I was using Total Protection 2010, uninstalled it, installed 2011 thinking that wouldn't even have the same pop-up in it, and the pop-up came back anyway! McAfee is obviously aware of the problem, has asked for details, and never responded again.

I wasn't getting the message until I was having some problems with my wireless connection on my laptop. So I uninstalled McAfee thinking that might be part of the problem. That didn't help, so next I did a system restore to about a month ago. McAfee was back! And that's when the pop-up message started showing up. The good thing is my wireless started working again.
