I bought a Premium plan of McAfee Safe Connect VPN on Feb. 6, 2021. If I sign in to My account the ACCOUNT STATUS is listed as "Premium." The application, however, seems to be working as a Free plan. I get pop-ups informing me that all my 250 MB of protected data has been used and that I should upgrade to Premium. The VPN won't work, apparently, until I upgrade to Premium, which I have already paid for. I thought the Premium Plan has unlimited data. How do I get the Premium plan to start working? Please help.

Please open Safe Connect and go to the account section after clicking on the stack icon. Check if it shows the right e-mail address with which you have opted for.

The email address appears to be correct. If I sign in to My account for Safe Connect, it shows my ACCOUNT STATUS as "Premium."
The Safe Connect VPN is now working as "Premium."
