Password change

  •  The other day I tried multiple times to update my email.  Each time the 'save' seemed to go well with an acknowledgement on THAT page.  Every Time I logged out and tried to log back in it still required my OLD email.  
  •      Today I was successful logging on with my NEW password, but now I can't change my password having received the message below upon my attempt.
