there's no way i have malware. this computer is less than a week old. and when mcafee was working correctly, i scanned it and it found no issues. the older pc had one trojan and nothing else when scanned.

bottom line, they have a defective product. i give up.

It's hardly your fault, Ex-Brit. You have got the double whammy of people like me moaning and McAfee doing bleep all in response to your highly informed pleas. Must be very frustrating in that situation.
