Missing device in my account

Hi everyone

Today I renewed my McAfee subscription. When I checked my account 1 device (my laptop) was no longer mentioned in the list of protected devices. Is that normal procedure? Or is something wrong or missing? What must I do to include my device in the McAfee protection?

Are you checking it in My Account page on the McAfee website or are you checking it on the McAfee installed on your laptop itself?

I will need to confirm your email address and the device name of your laptop to check if the subscription under your email address does reflect your laptop.

I am sending you a private message, please reply back so that I can have the required information checked in the backend.
