So the issue might be the ISP has not got the update yet. Some "partners lag a bit behind". I mentioned this to the admin here to look into it.

Your issue seems a bit different; could you please click on Useful links at the top of this page and get connected with out technical support engineers and of course after a system diagnosis they would be a be to tell you the core reason for the blank screen .

Please run the McAfee removal tool from the Useful links at the top of this page and reinstall the software and kindly let us know the status.

@Dinesh: I uninstalled and re-installed McAfee more than 11 times in the last few days. Just had a senior technician from McAfee trying his luck after the chat technician was unsuccessful last Sunday. The senior technician went through the same steps with the exception that he created a 2nd 'administrator' account.
Result: Still the same problems...
