It appears that the database is down. Contact support directly if you need to.
I've reported this problem to my McAfee contacts.

McAfee shouldn`t opens new MIS window. It should open your browser with special link.

yes, MSC 11.x had special window for help but not 12.x. Anyway server is down.
special windows for help it was appearing... correctly in version 12.1
