Getting McAfee needs to be activated

I sent out an email to the tecs but as of yet not received a reply. A red box pops up saying McAfee needs to be activated within 10 days. And from what I read here others are having this issue....

do you have an update to our files to correct this problem? Thanks!!!

I'm not in the USA (and I don't know where you live ...), but I have NEVER received a response to any emails sent to McAfee (except for the one in which I cancelled the auto-renewal...).
My guess is that sending an email is probably not the best way to contact them.
