DAT 6807 update failure problem - bad link from McAfee home user main page!

The McAfee consumer main page (http://home.mcafee.com/Default.aspx?) has a link which is supposed to address the update problem.  But as of 11:40 EST, the page it links to (http://mcaf.ee/s3b79) has a message "The Document ID you entered was not recognized in our system.  Please type the Document ID again, and make sure to use the correct prefix."

I don't know where the short url you gave comes from, but on mine the link shows as

http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?lc=1033&id=TS101446

This page should load OK.

That's weird - I clicked on the URL you posted, and it takes me to http://service.mcafee.com/ArticleNotFound.aspx !  And I just refreshed http://home.mcafee.com/Default.aspx? - it still goes to the short URL with the error page.

Maybe it depends on the location; I'm in the US.
