Can't Activate PLEASE HELP

hello there , I need help ,, i installed McAfee like 2 week ago ,, but it wont let me activated it ,, (so cannot scan or do anything else) ,, it says ,, SORRY WE CANT ACTIVATE WE WILL TRY AGAIN WEN PROBLEM IS FIXED ,,, its been  15 days ,, and it still wont work ,, can you help ???

Hi,

Can you provide some of the below information;

What is the exact error you get while registering the program ?

What is the mode  McAfee purchased through , (CD/online) ?

Were you using McAfee previously ?

this is what pop's up wen i try and activate ,,::were sorry but were having trouble activating McFee products ,You can begin using your product now, but wont receive automatic update's .. don't worry we will continue asking you to activate this product once that problem is fixed ,,

i had it on my laptop for like a 30 day trial ,, and i had already bought my CD version good for 3 PC's ,, i installed it and it still wont work did i have to remove the trial version ? i though it was just re-activating it with my license ,,

yeah it's brand new nothing else was on here only McFee ,,,

Hi,

Run the removal tool from http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe  and restart the computer.
Start installing the McAfee programs from the cd setup and try registering again.

(Note : if you already have a McAfee account , you need to select the "login" option and provide the credentials while registering ,  if you don’t have one , select create an account and continue registration)
