Activation Issue

My subscription to Security Center is about to expire but instead of renewing, I decided to purchase a new subscription to Total Protection. I discovered when I loaded Total Protection that the effective date was the date I loaded it (2/14/2009) and not the date my Security Center is to expire (3/9/2009). This makes sense and I suppose I should have waited until March to download the Total Protection package. However, as things are now, is there any way to reset my Total Protection to commence on 3/9 other than requesting a refund and repurchasing the Total Protection in March?

unfortunately activation happens when product is installed... regarding your inquiry/concern i think it's best that you talk to a mcafee customer service representative as they can better address your issue since if i'm not mistaken they would have to adjust it (not really sure though)... click on the link below for customer service information.
