Actually I have seen that before. McAfee Anti-Spam is not listed in COM Add-ins or Disabled. I do see an entry in Exchange Client Extensions only. Like I said Outlook thinks the MSK files are in c:\Progra~1\ and they are not there so nothing will load at all.

Thanks again for this suggestion. However only McAfee can answer my question and they will not. I am of course very angry and disappointed with their support. Especially since I have always raved about McAfee.

I am asked to gather the following informstion.

1. What versions of McAfee software are installed?

Double-click the taskbar icon to open Security Center then click About at lower right and post the version numbers from each module.

2. Can you verify that this is Windows 7 RTM and which version 32 or 64-bit?
