www.signatureshutters.com exploits some type of Adobe Reader trapdoor, AntiVirus Pro

When you surf over to signatureshutters.com link obfuscated to protect users somehow an error message pops up about Acrobat Reader crashing and then all of a sudden your CPU reboots and now you have multiple copies of AntiVirus Pro 2010 running and popping up incessantly and telling you about all these security threats...

Happened to me twice, yeah I am an idiot.

Installed Malwarebytes and it seems to have removed the problem, twice of course.

Current editions of McAfee SecurityCenter and Sybot Search and Destroy missed this completely even though installed and active.

How does this happen just from web surfing? And, why did McAfee not protect me from this threat?
