subscription automatically renewed - not good business

I've just had my Total Protection automatically renewed at the cost of $79.99.
I see that if I was buying it new it would cost $39.99.
Why shouldn't I just cancel my subscription and then buy it new and so save $40.
Shouldn't returning (loyal) customers have the same price as new ones?

Unfortunately that's normal and it is in the fine print of the agreement that one is supposed to read when first purchasing. There's nothing stopping you cancelling your charge and buying it at the cheaper rate.

You might be able make use of that offer. For that to be done easily... I would recommend that you call up/( use Chat as Indicated on the other post) the customer service request them for a refund on the renewal and get there assistance to get the product on the new offer price that is there right now.

Original Poster is From Hungary. Chat service would be fastest for him/her
