Re: "Your Computer is Not Fully Protected" message

This may seem like a stupid question but does anyone know whether when I get the Not Fully Protected mesage this means that those services are truly switched off or whether it is just a reporting error?

I often leave my computer switched on when not attended and need to know if there is a significant security risk and whether I should turn it off or switch from McAfee.

Re: "Your Computer is Not Fully Protected" message

I understand normally when you get this they are stopped. Check by typing services in run command and check what is stopped. Restart stopped mcafee services .

Going to be some activity soon re this thread and similiar wait till we have time to summarise the issue and setup a new thread to continue this.
