"DisableTaskMgr" and "DisableRegistryTools": Reappearing reg key

What i've done so far...

I try this:
1) REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableRegistryTools /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

2) REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f


I walked him through finding the "DisableTaskMgr" registry key and the "DisableRegistryTools" registry key and told him to delete it and surprise surprise after reboot it comes back!

I've check for this programs and the spyware on the site and no matches:

1) MCAFEE Security center 2009
2) Malwarebytes antimalware
3) Ad-aware
4) Bitdefender online
5) Trojan remover
6) Spybot search & destroy
7) CCleaner
😎 Trend micro DCT
9) Prevx3

Only the product RRT Personal edition (http://www.sergiwa.com/) match: detect malware win32.classid-60731 - buy to remove...

  • Safe Connect VPN:  You will receive free, unlimited access to our VPN wireless on supported devices. Users not on auto-renewal have access to 500 MB/month of bandwidth.

  • Eligibility: McAfee® Identity Monitoring Service Essentials is available within active McAfee Total Protection and McAfee LiveSafe subscriptions with identity monitoring for up to 10 unique emails. Phone number monitoring is enabled upon activation of Automatic Renewal. Not all identity monitoring elements are available in all countries. See Product Terms of Service for more information. 
  • Your subscription is subject to our License Agreement and Privacy Notice. Product features may be added, changed or removed during the subscription term. Some features may require registration and a valid ID number to activate. See System Requirements for additional information.
  • While McAfee Identity Monitoring Service provides you tools and resources to protect yourself from identity theft, no identity can be completely secure.
  • US Only:
    Fair Credit Reporting Act: You have numerous rights under the FCRA, including the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report(s).
