generic.dx!paw

Hi,

my other computer was infected with a torjan generic.dx!paw.  Running a scan did not resolve the issue, now when I try to access McAfee free on-line scan or virtural technician or any other sites, internet explorer will not let the page be displayed.  Other browers will just misdirect me to other web pages.  Any ideas on how to access help or manually get rid of it?
