Well, I finally found the time to re-install McAfee- same old thing all over again, only this time the pop up warning box does not say to get an SS. But I can say this time it was worse, I could actually hear my harddrive making a noise to figure out what the heck was going on. I'm not dealing with this any more, McAfee knows there is a problem I'm not the only one with these issues from all I have read here.
I will not install McAfee again- until they find the issue and do an update to solve this problem!!
So I'm sorry to say I will not be continuing with McAfee until this is resolved, such a shame after being with this company for "many a years"! There is NO way I will install McAfee again only to have my whole comp freeze :< I'm not taking the chance of this distroying my comp for a program which does not work.
