Merry Chrimbo everyone.
Have been given a laptop as present with windows 7. As outlook express is not an option for emails I am having to use Windows Mail.
I successfully downloaded McAfee Security Centre. The only problem I have come across is that the spam option does not appear to work.
No toolbar or Spam folder are displayed.
However I think I read somewhere that it is not compatible at the moment with Windows Mail.
So can someone confirm this before I start playing with my settings.
Regards
Hi,
Sometimes after a new email client is installed the email tool bar gets disabled, Kindly follow the follow the below steps;
Close all open programs in the computer,
Click Start, search, type CMD, right-click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.
Type CD C:\ProgramFiles\McAfee\MSK and press ENTER.
Type REGSVR32 MSKOLPLG.DLL and press ENTER.
Open your mail account, the antispam tool bar should be available

Hi
Well we are in March have tried recommended fixes they did not work.
Still not sure if Anti Spam works when I check security it says I am protected. However still no tool bar and no spam folder appears.
Also I unable to import my contacts to friends list.
Running
Windows 7 Home Premium
64 bit
Is there anyone else having same problem. If there is a fix would be grateful for it.
Have another pc running XP having no problems with 2010.
From what I've found out is Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, and Thunderbird are the only email programs compatible with the anti spam.
