Where did Quick Clean go with AT&T's new update to Security Center?

With the latest update to McAfee Security Center through AT&T it seems that Quick Clean and Shredder have disappeared.  Is there a way to get them back?

They are usually found via Navigation (top right) and when that opens down the list in the centre of the page. There maybe an option to intall them there as well. Some installs via partners do not automatically load all ancillary programs.

No, they are certainly not there.  I spent a lot of time going through all of the various options.  Thank you for your response though.

I would contact AT&T mcafee support maybe their version is different.

Sometimes in 10.5 the option is not installed though there should be a link to install it. I have seen the link in its early days after release back last year. Check with AT&T and if no good I will ask the Mcafee techs we have access to.

Hi chuck241,

Please open McAfee >>Navigation>> Features and please let me know if the “QuickClean” is listed there. If it is not there, try to re-install McAfee and do not forget to run MCPR tool to remove McAfee.

Reinstall yourMcAfee Products using MCPR

AT&T users should go to https://uversecentral1.att.com/uvp/myhome/mam/ISS/to download and install McAfee.

Best of luck
