VPN says I have used all my VPN

I am unable to use VPN on at least two computers in my account because it says I have used up all my VPN.  There are 5 inactive old or renamed computers listed in McAfee for my account, but I see no way to delete them.  Could that be the problem?  There are two computers I am currently using on a daily basis and can't add VPN to them because it keeps telling me I don't have any more.  Do I only get one VPN per account?  What can I do? I am hopeful this will be the avenue to get help because it seems signing up for this "community" (which took time) was the only way I could get help?

From a recent similiar post  the best way is to call support and ask them to remove the old PC names.
