Total Protection 2014 subcription ended early. How do I fix this?

Hi all!

I just purchsed Total Protection 2014 a few days ago.  Now I see a message telling me the subscription has ended.  Why?  How do I fix this?

A question did you have another version installed ever on this PC?I assume you registered the program and activated it?

This best asked of customer service area it is a free call see below. They can lookup your account and see what goes.
