Total Protection 2010 software

trying to download total protection 2010, using a CD,to a new computer on windows 7 home premium & not having any luck.

I have just created an account & would like to know if I can download from the internet?

Not downloading from the Internet as it stated on the instructions with the CD.

Are you getting a certain error or anything being the means, Or will it just disappear?

Could you please provide us with the below information;

How is the computer connected to internet ? (dsl/wireless/cable)
Do you by any chance have a different security software that is installed in the machine ?

Are you able to see the auto run option soon after inserting the disc for McAfee ?

If not , let us know if you encounter/happen to see any error message whilst the installation procedure ?
