Total Protection 2009 Installation problem - compatibility inconsistent

I work in a public library and have been installing new subscriptions to McAfee on each of our computers. (They are all XP.) We also have Cybersitter which McAfee considers an incompatible program. I'm in the situation where I cannot uninstall Cybersitter at this time. However, I can suspend it's functions. Doing so allowed McAfee to install on several of my machines without any fuss at the "detecting incompatible programs" step, but this does not work on other machines. I'm very confused; please help.

RE: Total Protection 2009 Installation problem - compatibility inconsistent

What version of Total Protection is this, Home or Small Business? Also are you trying to install Parental Controls as part of Total Protection? If you are then I think that's the problem because it will clash with Cybersitter which is basically the same thing.

Cybersitter has long had problems with most protection software suites according to their website.
