Stop Annyoying Popups/Recommendations/Notifications

I have a licensed copy of Mcafee installed on my W10 machine and I keep getting these annoying popups in the bottom of the right of my screen when I start up.  Suggesting that I run a scan, or turn on a Security feature, or some other nonesense.  I know what I'm doing and don't need constant badgering and popups to tell me what to do.  These are big white notifications, not the little notifications.  I have turned off ALL notifications for my machine and turned off ALL notifications for McAfee and still get this crap.  Why does McAfee like to take happy customers and drive them away with this outdated 2000's forced message crap.

No McAfee icon sure it is their popup. By chance do you have McAfeexsecurity scan plus installed. Ie the one that one can install updating adobe?
