I purchased anti-virus software from you earlier today, and I cannot download it. I keep getting the error "cant establish a connection to the server at download.mcafee.com." I can connect to all other sites, and Ive tried this on two different wireless networks and get the same error. Could you tell me what the problem is?
Please also let us know where from do you get this error. Is it from the McAfee Website or does this happen, when you try to install McAfee.
Please also key in your OS and ISP(DSL, Dial up, Wierless etc..)

Hi,
This can be resolved by reseting Internet Tools. Please reset the connections and then check for proxy connections. Please make sure that you removed all the unused Internet connections. After that go to Connectins tab>>Lan settings and then uncheck the proxy settings.
If the issue is not solved please get connected to the McAfee Suppport. Please click on the link to http://service.mcafee.com/LocaleSelect.aspx?lc=1033&sg=TS&pt=1&st=CHAT to get connected to McAfee Chat support.
