Problem Program

Hello McAfee Team:

Also this one i just updated my antivirus then it is well done, I restart the computer, Then it is okay. When I close the program, It says it needs to be update. Then i check it again, it says it is updated. Then i close the program again. It says the same. I don't why.

(Please anyone help me, regarding in to my problem) :

You could try uninstalling all McAfee via Control Panel.   Then run the MCPR cleanup tool, reboot and reinstall from your online account.

I moved this to SecurityCenter as that is what it's about.

Try running the Virtual Technician to see if it finds and fixes  any problems.

It also helps to know what operating system and service pack this is.   Also check that your system clock is accurate both time and timezone-wise.

Hello again,

I tried also the McAfee Virtual Techinian this program founds my problem regarding in my antivirus, the McAfee Virtual Techinician fixed my problem it says okay. But i checked it again the Antivirus it's just the same. It doesn't work. And I checked already the system clock and timezone-wise, it is okay no problems. Can you give me another solution to fix this problem,Please help me.

My program is running normal again and it is okay. Thank you for the help Ex_Brit.And also I Contact the Technical Support and they help me then they fixed my problem.
