On-Access Scanner service has Stopped Working(Solved)

ok, i need help with this,every time i start the game Shot Online this(On-Access Scanner service has stopped working)message comes up.it happens on my & my wife's computer.
Both have Vista Ultimate x64 on them.Also i'm on comcast & i get the McAfee suite through comcast free.tried reinstalling both game & the mcafee suite & no luck.the error is still there.
Here is a screen shot of the error::::::
Please Help me with this problem.:confused:

Ok I fixed it,Was a problem with nProtect GameGuard & McAfee version 9.1,Had to do with Active Protection.Had to turn it off,It is a bug in the McAfee version 9.1.Tech support said it will be fixed in a future updates.

please update your mcafee... and check if the DAT version you have is 5696... this should have fixed the problem...
