Although i know its been updated as i see it in the tool bar when i open the security centre there is no menu to click on and I can not do a scan and I need to do one, has anyone have any ideas?
What operating system and service pack and what browser version is this? More importantly if you are using a browser other than Internet Explorer what version of IE is installed, regardless?
Its on windows xp service pack 2 and it was ok 2 weeks ago then since saturday it isn't Its been used on the computer since september fine.Message was edited by: kimscottuk on 22/03/10 14:55:16 CDT
Please let us know what browser you use in the computer ?
IF Internet explorer , please click on tools – Click Help and let us know the version and the cipher strength.

would re installing it do any good as thats what i've thought about trying
Click start – run and then type regsvr32 jscript.dll and click ok
Repeat again ; Regsvr32 vbscript.dll and click ok
Then try to open security center , If the issue still persists , run the mcpr tool from here and restart the computer.
Reinstall the products from your account page . Kindly report back if any issues
