Not able to install AV 2013 Plus SR-1046782358

Okay,

I have checked in the JAVA site and there is a off line installer package as well.  Currently trying to download the same from the site. I will update this post once JAVA is installed.

Successfully installed

JAVA Version 7 Update 17

Had to run through the Microsoft fixit, which actually cleared the issue with JAVA update.

Let me know what next?

Tried to download, but it does not show me the activated AV 2013, instead it shows me Trial version.

As discussed ; Please continue with the installation. Only select Virus and Spyware protection from mode of installation ( Custom ). Let me know the outcome.

Now I will wait for call.. even if it is from Kartik.. i am ready to sit down the entire day tomorrow to get this sorted out...
